The FP ultimail series is a perfect solution to your bulk mailing requirements. These easy to operate machines help in reducing frequent trips to the post office thus saving on valuable time. The machines are available in speeds varying from 30 to 90 letters per minute. The machine is equipped with an integrated weighing scale for weighing of the mail and calculation of the postage value.
Remotely Managed Franking System (RMFS)
Remotely Managed Franking System means the machines working in this system need not be physically carried to the Post Office for loading postage value on to these machines. This can be done through remote centers.
Forbes has entered into an agreement with India Post to offer RMFS to its customers. This is made possible through a network of franking machines at customer premises and the RMFS servers setup in Forbes Network Operating Centre (NOC).
The franking machine users will deposit funds through cash / cheque / draft / internet banking in any branch of a bank designated by India Post. The bank will pass on the details to the India Post Server which will authenticate the transactions and pass the necessary instructions to the Forbes’ Remote Servers. The users will simply connect their machines to the Forbes server through a telephone line and download the required funds from their accounts maintained at the Remote Servers. The complete transaction will take between 60-90 seconds only. The entire transactions are managed electronically, involving no manual intervention. It is fast, convenient and absolutely secure.
